Our story

A long time ago in Ukraine, not as far away as you think... The team of passionate engineers started Innovation Feel company to provide qualified service in the IT industry, and we're on the crest of a wave. Lately, after analyzing the IT market and several social polls we realized that the industry is changing... which is great! With high-speed internet and a huge amount of tools for remote work, the world has become not as giant as we think and each of us wants to be a resident of the planet Earth and have freedom both in movement and in opportunities.

We were faced with cases where skilled developers would like to have more freedom, independence in personal scheduling, choosing a place of work, and project selection with bigger revenue. Agencies bear the admin costs like bench, holidays, vacations, etc. They have to calculate all these risks in the total customer rate. On the other hand - Customers. They don't realize what the real rate developers receive and usually it's not totally clear how the total rate has been calculated. Ideally, it would be cool to create a service where all working actions will be as clear as possible and professional. The way we thought about community is that any developer from Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, or from another European area, who is perfectly skilled and has great experience could be independent in his workflow by himself and receive the rate above the market. Why Europe? Hm... because here located the strongest developers, who proved themself all over the world. And, we did it! :)
